I will be attending San Diego State University. When I visited the school I absolutely loved it! The campus is huge. The San Diego area is very nice. It reminds me of San Francisco, but with warmer weather. I have talked to people who go to school there and they only have good things to say about it! I cannot wait until the new school year begins!
I will be attending San Francisco State University! The reason I chose it was because my sister goes there and she loves it also it's in the city. So I won't have to move, which is a plus for me. Also, the campus is great and alot of people I know will also be going there.
yeah SFSU! yay for states! I chose to attend this school because it provides great opportunities that will help me persue a career in nursing. It's cheaper pay for my family and still in the Bay Area which I do not want to leave!
I will be attending University of San Francisco. To be honest, I still don't quite know why I chose this school. But what I do like about this school when I visited, was that almost everyone who is attending there aren't from SF!I was like "wow, am I the only one from San Francsico?" I also like that it is very diverse and the campus is nice. I wasnt blown away when I visited, but I'm sure that once I go there and make friends it would be fine. I think it's all up to you on how you want your college experience to be!
I will be attending San Jose State University. In comparison to the other 3 schools I applied to, which were SFSU, Cal State East Bay, and Sac State, I saw myself attending San Jose more than any other school. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole school when I visited. I went to a nutrition class with my sister's best friend and enjoyed it very much. I'm majoring in BS: Health Science. I plan on working for a biotech company right out of college. My mom works for a biotech company, so I would have an easier time getting a job. During that time, I plan to get my masters in Occupational Therapy or Nursing. If I decide to do OT, I'm planning to join a program where my company would be able to pay it off. If I do nursing, I plan on paying on it for myself. I enjoy being around people so I would like to have a job where I'd have a lot of interaction with people. Also, my sister's best friend's apartment is right across from the Martin Luther King Jr. Library, which was just newly built. I will be moving into her apartment this June because her lease is over in May! I'm very excited because I will be able to experience how it feels to independent without having parents around. I know many people think that people in college go crazy when their parents are around, but I doubt that will be me. I've had great memories in high school, going to parties and meeting a lot of people. So I don't think I will have a hard time because I'm a very social person and enjoy meeting new people! I'm very excited to move out and finally experience college. It's been a pleasure going to SHCP during these 4 years with my classmates and teachers.
I will be attending UC Irvine in the fall. I decided to attend UC Irvine because when I visited the campus I absolutely loved it. It was easy to find my way around and it had the key elements that I looked for when looking at schools. When I walked into a lecture hall I liked the style of learning that they offer. When I saw the housing I liked how people were split up into different communities so that it wouldn't be as crowded. The dorms were easy ways to meet new people which I hope to do. I felt the academics and the campus was the best fit for me.
I am going to University of San Francisco. I’ve been advised to go to USF by my family and relatives since it fit my major of business well. It’s also the reason why I chose to attend there. I think going to a college in the city will help me study and understand my major better too. My cousin has already graduated from there and is even working there now. I like how the class sizes are small because I can’t imagine how I would pay attention if there were a couple other hundred students! Also, I feel it’s less competitive than other colleges I hear about and I like that a lot. I’ve already met some people there and they’re all really friendly. ahh so close till we go to college! :]
I am going to UCI next year. The reason why I chose UCI over SJSU was because of UCI's prestige. It was a tough choice but I think UCI offers a variety of successful opportunities. For instance, they have a thriving chemistry, engineering, and businness program. And, to top it off, the environment is clean and new. This is definately the way for me to go. ;]
SJSU for me. One of the tech. centers in the Bay Area and based in silicon valley is instant win since I am going for computer engineering. I looked at St. Mary's College. Looked good and is good, but did not have what I need. The transfer program was good, but being two years behind computer engineering before transferring will put me in a serious disadvantage.
I will be going to UC Davis next year. I visited the campus and I really liked it. The only thing I didn't really like about it is that it smells like cows. I'm excited to live the college life in the dorms and meeting new people. I can't wait for school this fall! It was a hard choice for me, but I think I made the right choice. 16 more days!
Im goin to SF State because I couldnt decide where to go so I thought I shouldnt go to somewhere really far that I would regret later. I can always transfer later but for now SF State seems fine.
I'm heading off to San Jose State University next year and i will be majoring in computer engineering. I love it there and I am very comfortable in its environment especially with a lot of my friends going there. I think it will be a great stepping stone for me as I grow and mature.
I'm going to USF; unfortunately, I did not make it into the college that I wanted to go to. Out of all my other choices, I felt that USF would be good for me. USF has a beautiful campus and a very good curriculum. I love San Francisco, so I'm not ready to leave it!
I will be going to UC DAVIS!!!! ironically enough this was the last place i was going to go. The reason why for this was because it was either this or ST Mary's or USF and I know that they are good schools , but For the past 7 years i have been in a private school and I forgot what it feels like to be in a public school. Taht and there is more opportunities for me there with the strong classes and the many things I can study.
Hey Mr. Beeche, I'm going to Gonzaga next year!!! I'm going there cause I like how it has small classes similar to ours now. Also, because when I visited the school I really like the people there. I felt comfortable and knew that I would be okay if i went to that school. Another reason I chose to go to Gonzaga is because I like the idea of moving out and being on my own. Although I'm scared to be moving to another state it is something I really want to do.
I will be attending SF State next year. I will be able to get to live at home while making my transition to the college life. At the moment of decision time, it was the best option regarding other issues. Studying biochem I'll stick it out and see what happens.
I will also be attending SF State in the fall. I decided to go to SF State instead of Sacramento State because I wanted to save my parents money. I mean all the state schools have similar academics but the location is the only difference. I visited the campus and right away I felt a really open environment and the people seem very open. I will be majoring in Kinesiology in order to pursue a career as a physical therapist. I cant wait to start college!!!
I decided to attend UC Davis in the fall. It took me an entire month and a half to decide on a college, but when I finally decided on Davis, I felt pleased. Although its close to home (I want to get away!), it does have good academics and a campus that I liked. I'm thinking of majoring in mechanical engineering.
Hope everyone's ready for college, its going to be fun!
I will be attending University of San Francisco in the fall. I choose this school because of the Nursing Program and I am guaranteed to graduate in 4 years. Also, in the nursing program,I will already be working in the hospital by the second year. It'll be hard, but results should be great. I would go to UC Irvine if I had applied for their nursing program, but its best for me to go to USF. Best wishes to everyone in the future!
I will be attending SJSU in the fall. I have always wanted to go there because I like the sharks a lot and silicon valley semed like a place with a lot of job opportunity for college student to live in. I am not sure what i will go into but I am leaning towards history and hope after I have finished that to go to the East Coast for law school.
I am going to San Francisco State University in the fall. I chose to go there because I didn't feel like leaving the city and I still have my family around me. I have my freedom whenever I need it but I also have my independence whenever I want. It won't be too difficult to get to school so I hope that won't be a problem. But, I know waking up early will.
I will be attending San Diego State University. When I visited the school I absolutely loved it! The campus is huge. The San Diego area is very nice.
